Founded in 2002, the company is a China-Hong Kong joint venture between CSG Holding Co., Ltd. and Well Guide Limited, with the registered capital of RMB 178 million Yuan and the paid-in capital of RMB 178 million Yuan. The company covers an area of 207 mus (137,904 square meters), the initial investment amount is RMB 413.8 million Yuan, with the capital increase of RMB 80 million Yuan in 2005. Main products are hollow glasses and coated glasses. It is the largest deep-processing factory of high-grade float glass in China, with annual production capacity of 3.6 million square meters coated glasses and 3.7 million square meters hollow glasses. In 2009, the company realized the sales revenue of RMB 437.2 million Yuan, the profit of RMB 24.271 million Yuan and the tax payment of RMB 28.4289 million Yuan, with 840 job opportunities offered. It undertook Capital Airport, CCTV, BTV, some Olympic venues such as the Water Cube, Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center, Tianjin Olympic Center Stadium and other state level key engineering projects successively.
