Notification about inspection on key units of fire safety of Tianjin
To all the enterprises of the Zone:

In order to strengthen and standardize the supervision and concentrated management of all the enterprises on fire safety, effectively prevent and reduce fire incidents, and eliminate the occurrence of fatal fire accidents that suffer heavy casualties, all the enterprises in the Development Zone are expected to be inspected in this aspect, in accordance with "Fire Prevention Law of People’s Republic of China", "Management Regulations of Fire Safety of Official Organs, Organizations, Enterprises and Public Institutions" from the Ministry of Public Security and "Provisions of Supervision and Inspection of Fire Safety" and other relevant laws and regulations. All the enterprises of the Development Zone are expected to truthfully report the situation (with official seal), and submit the "Declaration Form of Key Units of Fire Safety in Tianjin" to the Enterprise Management Division before the morning of Mar. 8th (Tuesday).

Instructions:

Firstly, only one of the following three main types in the list can be chosen according to the actual situation of enterprises in the Area:

1. Plants of class A and B with total building area over 500 m2;

2. labor-intensive enterprises with their workshop of above 50 employees in clothing, shoes, hats, toys, wood products, furniture, plastics, food processing, textiles, dyeing and printing and so on;

3. industrial enterprises with the total value of fixed assets(cost of land excluded) of more than 100 million Yuan in electronics, automotive, steel, ship repair(building), tobacco, aerospace, textile, paper and so on. Secondly, the item of "formerly key units in fire safety" need not be answered by enterprises.
